This workshop is a deep-dive conversation about race, bias, gender and acknowledging the harms of white supremacy and impact of systems of oppression.

Join ENC Executive Director, Kendra Johnson (she/her/ella) and Education Policy Director, Rebby Kern (they/them) as they provide an exploration of the ways that bias, race, and gender play an active role in our daily interactions.

This workshop combines deep self-awareness with an understanding of systems of power and oppression to push past our own inherited biases and create accountability around racial and gender justice.

This session is free for all to attend, all ages welcome. College and high school students are highly encouraged to attend.
